Competition Project

Tara designed this kidswear range for a competiton to win an Internship at Gap New York.
For this project, Tara was inspired by children's creativity, she designed a collection which kids could colour in themselves over and over again. This allowed children to be expressive with their clothing as well as enjoying designing their own outfit, which could be washed and coloured as many times as they wished. 
Tara was selected from her class for an Interview in London with Gap, however she was unsuccessful in receiving an internship with the company. This project taught Tara how to adapt her design skills to different markets, which she took forward into her placement year.
